FOLLOWING AN ORDER BY THE MICHIGAN SUPREME COURT EARLIER THIS MONTH OTTAWA COUNTY JUDGE KENNETH POST IS SET TO SERVE OUT A LEAVE FROM THE BENCH. THE HIGH COURT RULED MAY FIRST THAT THE SUSPENSION OF JUDGE KENNETH POST WAS EFFECTIVE YESTERDAY, 21 DAYS AFTER THAT ORDER. THE HUDSONVILLE DISTRICT COURT JUDGE IS TO BE OFF THE BENCH FOR 30 DAYS WITHOUT PAY. A LOCAL COMPANY EXPECTS TO CREATE 90 NEW JOBS AFTER IT RECEIVED A 300 THOUSAND DOLLAR MICHIGAN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM GRANT. J.R.
