A Gale Warning has been posted for today until on Lake Michigan and running until 3:00am Wednesday morning.  DURING THE GALE WARNING...THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE UP TO 40   KT FROM THE SOUTHWEST. THE HIGHEST SIGNIFICANT WAVES WILL BE UP TO 12 FT. THERE WILL BE OCCASIONAL WAVES UP TO 17 FT.
